The Nesco 6-quart roaster oven can steam, bake, roast and slow cook your favorite recipes. It uses Circle of Heat technology to heat up the contents from the sides.

I made these Baby Back Ribs using an Airfryer. The Air Fryer that I used isn't the traditional Airfryer that is being sold commercially today. This Air Fryer was sold in the late 80's to mid 90's I would speculate.

All an Airfryer is, is a unit that uses convection heat to cook food with little or no oil. While these BBQ Ribs weren't smoked they did have a decent flavor, but not anywhere near as good as smoked BBQ ribs. The BBQ Rub used on these Baby Back Ribs was Hogs Chub Rub that was sent to me by Dawn at Daily Rambles.

Check out her channel here: While I used a Nesco Roast Air Oven, any Airfryer should be able to cook Baby Back or St. Louis cut Ribs. If your Air Fryer is small, you may need to cut the Ribs into smaller sections to get them to fit. At the end of this video, I wrapped the Ribs in foil with a thinned out BBQ Sauce and butter. Thes step is totally optional. I only did this because I had the time to do it, and it does give the Ribs a better appearance in my opinion.
